Wine glass foil peel tester

The Multitest 1-i with a peel slide table and a bespoke jig for securing a wine glass is able to perform a 90°constant peel test to evaluate the integrity of foil lids of individual plastic wine glasses.

Basic test principle

1. Wine glass is loaded in to the fixture and secured
2. Tab of the foil lid attached to the pinch grip
3. Test starts and the results can be viewed live as the test is performed using Emperor software
4. At the end of the test the test stand returns to the start position ready for the next test
5. Wine glass sample removed
6. Analysis of the test results
